Our Pricing Structure
We offer a straightforward pricing structure to suit a variety of customer needs:
- Small jobs: Regular maintenance, mowing, strimming, trimming hedges etc - Charged hourly at £45p/hour for two people.
- Larger projects/Multi day job rate- £280 for two people(6 hour day).
We strive to provide exceptional value and transparent pricing for every project.
Lawn Care
At Slate & Soil, we offer expert lawn care services to keep your Garden looking its best throughout the year. From regular mowing and trimming to ensure a neat appearance, to aeration and fertilization that promote healthy growth, we tailor our services to meet the unique needs of your lawn. We handle everything from weed control and pest management to lawn repair and seasonal clean-ups. Whether you're looking for a one-time service or ongoing care, we provide reliable, eco-friendly solutions that help your lawn thrive with minimal effort on your part.
Storm Repair
After a storm, your garden may need some cleanup and repairs. Fallen branches and damaged plants should be cleared, and soil may need re-leveling or fresh mulch. Broken fences or trellises might need fixing, and re-seeding or pruning can help restore your lawn and plants. A little care will bring your garden back to life.
Light Landscaping & Design
We can assist with light landscaping services like planting flowers, shrubs, and small trees, as well as adding mulch or decorative rocks to enhance your garden. We can also trim hedges, create tidy garden borders, and improve your garden’s overall appearance with simple design ideas. Whether you need a fresh look or just a bit of maintenance, we’ll make sure your outdoor space looks great.

After spending years working as manufacturing engineers in a factory, we realized our true calling was to work outside, surrounded by the beauty of nature. With over 10 years of combined experience in gardening, landscaping, and practical hands-on work, we’ve honed our skills and are now ready to bring our expertise to your garden.
As a team, we've worked together for over six years, and we share a strong commitment to delivering quality service with integrity. We believe in being reliable, trustworthy, and hardworking, ensuring that every project we take on meets the highest standards. In our spare time, we love traveling, exploring new places, and learning about different cultures. We also share a deep bond with our dogs, who are often part of our adventures.
